When you send an enquiry through our contact, “Plan My Bhutan Journey” or “Customize This Trip” forms, we collect what you choose to give us:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your nationality and country of residence
• Trip details such as the tour you are interested in, number of travellers, preferred dates, preferences and special requests
• Any message you write to us

We also receive basic technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation or itinerary
• To arrange the services you request, such as visas, accommodation, guides and transport
• To keep records of our correspondence with you
• To protect the site from spam and misuse, and to understand how it is used so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver your trip — for example with hotels, drivers, guides, airlines, and government bodies that process Bhutan visas and permits — and with service providers that help us run the website and email. Those parties may only use the information for the purpose we gave it to them.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This uses cookies and similar technologies and does not tell us who you are. The page language selector uses Google Translate, which may set its own cookie to remember your language. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you, arrange your trip and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and delete them when they are no longer required. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Our site links to other websites (such as social media and review platforms); we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Our services are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
